Returns & Refunds Policy

Hygiene & Safety

  • For health and safety reasons, intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

  • If your item arrives sealed and unused, it may be eligible for return within 14 days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your product is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing fault, contact us within 7 days of receipt.

  • Provide photos and order details. We will replace or refund the product promptly.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed, standard return policies apply (see above).

Change of Mind

  • Only unopened, unused items in original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Refund Process
